Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work when you buy credits on Proposala, the product of uConnect Technologies PVT LTD. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.

Credits are a digital product

Proposala runs on credits, sold as one time packs (for example Starter, Growth, and Scale). Credits are not a subscription. When you buy a pack, the credits are added to your workspace right away and are ready to use.

All sales are final

All sales are final. Credits are a digital product that is delivered to your workspace right away, so we do not offer refunds. Once a purchase is complete, the amount you paid is non-refundable, whether or not you use the credits, and credits that expire after 30 days are not refunded. Please make sure you choose the right pack before you buy.

Billing errors

If you think a charge was made in error, for example you were billed more than once for the same order, contact us at amjad@uconnect.pk and we will look into it. Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, you can also contact Paddle about a payment, and any rights you have under the law that applies to you still stand.
